TRX by runner for runners

Due to the Covid-19 where we are discouraged to exercise outdoor in groups by our government to contain the pandemic. However, that doesn't mean we should be potato couch sitting on our sofa watching Netflix all day long but all is about balance. We can still invest time to do indoor exercises like HIIT, Tabata, kettlebell WO, resistance band exercises, circuit training and suspension Trainers like TRX or Monkii.


Below is a sample of my weekly suspension trainer exercise video that has 30 variations for your reference. it's a 60sec on/off unless stated and 30s for each side if it involves bilateral movement. Have fun watching it and please help by "liking" the video. FYI for the set up I'm using a double anchors support system from my Pocket Monkii II to extend my TRX Pro.
