First attempt on blogging


 

My training log for this week targeting ~FC 140km. It will be 13weeks counting down to Berlin Marathon (16th Sept) which I will be working hard towards a min. of sub2hr50min. Tonight will looking at 13k with some elevation works to build the propulsion strength for a fast Berlin.
